BouwDirect was founded in 1999 by Harry Slotegraaf. What started as a specialist in monumental buildings in Northern Netherlands has grown into an international group.

We now apply our monumental restoration expertise on the Costa Blanca, transforming distinctive Spanish properties into luxury homes and accommodations.

From first contact to key handover

Introduction

No-obligation conversation about your wishes, budget and location. We advise on the possibilities on the Costa Blanca and provide an initial estimate.

Design & permits

Our team of architects creates a bespoke design. We arrange all Spanish building permits, NIE numbers and required documentation.

Construction & installations

Construction begins under our project manager's supervision. All installations in-house via WarmteDirect. Regular photo updates for you.

Handover

Your home is delivered ready to move in. Joint final inspection and handover of all documentation and keys.

Aftercare

After handover we remain available for maintenance, questions and any adjustments. Your satisfaction is our priority.
