Introduction and advice

We discuss your wishes, budget and location. You receive an initial estimate and advice on the possibilities on the Costa Blanca.

Design and permits

Our team of architects creates a bespoke design. We arrange all Spanish building permits and required documentation.

Construction and installations

Construction begins under our project manager's supervision. You receive regular photo updates. All installations are carried out in-house.

Delivery and aftercare

Your home is delivered ready to move in. After handover we remain available for maintenance and questions.

Questions about new builds

How long does a new build project take?

An average new build project takes 12 to 18 months, depending on size and complexity. Permits typically take 3 to 6 months, after which construction begins.

What permits are needed for a new build?

You need a building permit (licencia de obra mayor) from the municipality, plus an NIE number as a foreigner. We handle all permits and paperwork for you.

Can I bring my own architect?

Yes, you can bring your own architect. We also work with experienced local architects who know Spanish building regulations inside out. Either way, we ensure seamless collaboration.

What are construction costs per m² in Spain?

Luxury new builds on the Costa Blanca average €1,500 to €2,500 per m², depending on finish level and materials. We always provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

How am I kept informed during construction?

You receive weekly photo and video updates on progress. You also have a dedicated Dutch-speaking contact person. You can visit the building site at any time or follow along via video call.
