How long does pool construction take?
Construction takes 6 to 10 weeks on average, excluding permits. An infinity pool or hillside pool may take slightly longer due to additional technical requirements.
Saltwater or chlorine: what do you recommend?
We recommend a saltwater system in most cases. It's gentler on the skin, more eco-friendly and cheaper to maintain long-term. For smaller pools, chlorine can still be a good option.
Are permits required for a pool?
Yes, in Spain you need a building permit for pool construction. The application typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. We handle the entire permit process for you.
What are the annual maintenance costs?
Expect €800 to €1,500 per year for maintenance, depending on size and system type. We can also connect you with reliable local maintenance companies.
Can a pool be used year-round?
With a heat pump or solar heating you can use your pool year-round on the Costa Blanca. The climate is very suitable, with mild winters averaging 12-16°C.
