Founded from passion

In 1999, Harry Slotegraaf founded BouwDirect from his passion for specialised construction. It has grown into a solid company with deep roots in Northern Netherlands.

Our focus on monumental buildings was born from a fascination with the rich history behind historic buildings. This passion still drives us in every project, now also on the Costa Blanca where as BouwDirect S.L. we uphold the same quality standards.

Expertise in monumental restoration

Monumental buildings require specialist knowledge and experience. BouwDirect starts every project with a thorough inspection of foundations, facades, roof structures and installations. This enables us to develop a renovation plan that safeguards both aesthetics and technical requirements.

Combining traditional techniques with modern technology is our strength. We preserve your property's character while adding modern functionality. In the Netherlands we worked on Frisian farmhouses, Groningen mansions and listed monuments. On the Costa Blanca we apply the same expertise to Spanish castles, fincas and characterful properties.
